Proximity to the old town; very friendly staff and good accommodation and service; also arranged tours at reasonable rates and all done with a smile. Recommended if you are looking for good basic accommodation close to the centre |

The staff at the hotel was very helpful especially Magdalena. She was very helpful in a tour I booked and was having a problem. I do not speak Polish and she assisted with the tour conductor translating for me. I had a very early morning flight out of Krakow and reserved the hotel's transporation. (a little overpriced but worth it). Magdalena made sure that a brown bag breakfast was ready for me when I was leaving at 630 a.m. I have been to Krakow 3 times and have stay at other hotels but Atrium is definitely the top of the three hotels. The Breakfast buffet was excellent, very fresh food. I read the reviews of Atrium Hotel before booking my trip and I will say the reviews were correct. I will definitely stay again, excellent location too and on a quiet street. The only complaint was that the mattress on the bed was not that comfortable. It needs to be replaced. |
