The hotel was relatively near to all locations. It was good that we were able to book the tours we wanted from the hotel and that we were picked up in good time for the tours. The reception staff were also very friendly

I did not particularly like the fact that we were near the hospital as we could hear the sirens at all times of the night. Also, the walls were thin and one night we were kept awake by the room next to us

One of has mobility problems and we were very pleased with the accommodation provided for us. The room was on the ground floor, the bathroom was spacious and we were made welcome. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant on two evenings and was very satisfied, especially as hotel guests receive a 20% discount! Would definitely go there again. Short walk to main square, quiet, safe area.

There is an ambulance station opposite to the hotel but this in no way disturbed us as the ambulance sirens were not used at night.

the friendly staff, the trouble that had been taken to provide plenty of storage space in the bedrooms, the breakfast

rather a depressing area - although fairly typical, I suppose, of pre-1990 Krakow
