The excellent service, the buffet breakfast, and friendly staff.I Would rate the hotel 9.5 out of 10.

I would like the lobby and bar area to be totally smoke free as is the case in all public indoor areas in Ireland.

Very accessible transport links with the tram stop nearby the hotel, Excellent buffet breakfast with a good variety. Very helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel,

Location. Though I wouldn't recommend walking into city from it. the breakfast was quite good.

Paid for upgrade to a superior room. If that was a superior room I wouldn't like to see how small the basic room was. There was nothing superior about it in any way. Didn't bother checking with staff as we had already unpacked bags and were'nt bothered with moving again. But I feel that maybe we weren't given the room we paid for.

Liked the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful.

Did not like location, no facilities nearby, one restaurand which closed at 8 p.m. The rooms quite small.
