When we first had a smelly room, the hotelstaff was very cooperative to change our room when we ask to. We had good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, a place near the city centre and there was a cute parrot in the hall at the reception. As mentioned: we first had a smelly room. I checked the closet and the bathroom, because I was a bit surprised first. Lucky for us they changed the room without hesitating. |

The location was great. Internet access did not work, and they couldn't offer another room where it would work. The room furnishings seems a little rickety. |

The hotel are in an excelent localization, the bad thing is to get the place with car, because the no transit streets are near. Yes, I rent a room for 2 persons and the employes are always asking, you are not alowed to go in with a second person, you have to pay a second breakfast. But after ask to apologize because they make wrong questions. It isn´t normal, first they have to check in the papers after they can speak. |

I searched your site to find a central hotel which provided a breakfast. The classic provided both of these with a reasonable price. The breakfast was very robust and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable - you could feel the springs, this hampered my sleep and therefore my enjoyment. |

Central location, 5 mins walk to main square. Staff friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Very good choice of Continental breakfast, with changes every morning, we stayed 4 nights. Asked for a large, quiet room, non smoking with bath and we got exactly what we asked for. The TV didn't work nor did the Safety deposit box in the bedroom but they did have deposit boxes at reception. |

The breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful The room smelt badly of cigarette smoke and when queried we were advised it was a non-smoking room! Given we were non-smokers it was very uncomfortable and all our clothes smelt of smoke for our entire stay. |

Location and very helpful staff We weren't told about the building work at the front of the hotel which wasnt good under foot and the noise also woke us up at 7:30am. The room was also very smokey. Although this this wasnt acceptable and we were not very happy about it, as soon as we mentioned it to reception they immediately changed our room. The second room was great- no noise and no smoke! |
