Very helpul, friendly staff. Helped book excursions, local info etc. The breakfeast, poor in our mind. Supposed to be traditional Polish and whilst it probabaly was other outlets offered better choice including hams meats etc. which the Eden did not |

Loved the area of Kazimierz. Reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Lack of air conditioning as it was exceptionally hot for the time of year |

Kosher food, close to synagogue The food on shabbat was no good.Friends of mine who stayed at Eden a few weeks earlier (during the Jewish festival) got excellent food (brought in from abroad they said). |

very helpful and nice staff, great neighbourhood if you like old bits and bobs markets and antique shops, also local restaurants are much cheaper and cosier than those in the main market square rather poor breakfast and due to lack of air conditioning rooms are getting very hot during the sunny days |

It was a very good location, staff were friendly, hotel was reasonably easy to find and clean and quiet. It fits in with the jewish atmosphere in this facinating area of Krackow I though the dundgeon bar was a little dull and musty particularly for breakfast. |

Location, pleasant desk staff, comfort of room. I felt that the implication concerning an incorporated restaurant was not fully borne out in reality. There was an open-air bar/restaurant, but the only indoor alternative on a cool evening was a very noisy basement bar, and the provision of meals ceased at 9 p.m., which I don't think was made clear in information. |

It was beautifully quiet. The rooms were simple and uncluttered. I would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was very simple, but there was no-one there for about 10 minutes and I didn't know if I was to be offered bread, so I took it off another (abandoned) table. |

Situated in the Jewish Quarter with excellent restaurants and things to see in the surrounding area. Friendly helpful staff arranged our tours and the airport shuttles using their own drivers at a very reasonable cost. Good facilities in rooms including a fridge. |
