Located in the heart of Krakow’s Kazimier, the Hotel Ester is perfectly positioned for you to experience the delights of the Jewish quarter whilst being just a short walk away from the Old Town and the historic Market Square.

All of the guest rooms are comfortably furnished with a neutral cream and white decor with dark wood furniture and clean, modern bathrooms.

The hotel's Ester Restaurant serves a delightful mix of traditional Polish, Yiddish specialities and international dishes which you can savor in the air conditioned interior or in the picturesque courtyard.

Hotel information

The underground banquet-conference room and its own restaurant, the hotel is ready to accommodate small training groups and spoil the customers with a carefully selected menu. The hotel has its own conference room "Kamienna" which can be used as a banquet room because of its decorations and location (arranged in the building's cellar). "Kamienna" makes a really good impression. It is separated from the noisier part of the hotel, therefore the atmosphere is favorable to concentrate. The conference room can accommodate up to 30 people. All equipment is available on request: projectors, screen, flipchart, microphones, video.
Next to the conference room there is a cozy room perfect for small meetings. The cool stone walls are refreshing and will make you feel relaxed even on a busy day of work.
The restaurant can organize catering for business meetings.
The free car park next to the hotel is at your disposal.
The reception staff will help you to get a guided city tour.
Caring about our Guests’ bodies and souls, those Guests, who would like to have some biological regeneration and relaxation we propose sauna and large number of massages.

Food & beverage

The restaurant which bears the same name as the hotel, is an exceptional place. You could spend a whole day surrounded by the interior's warm decorations, enjoying the taste and attractiveness of served dishes as well as excellent service. Fortunately you can continue the pleasure by staying in the Restaurant Drink Bar or in the garden during the summer season.
There are live concerts on weekends- this is a good occasion to listen to Jewish music.
The restaurant is air conditioned, fresh flowers on the tables and in the stone flower-pots, bright beige comfortable chairs confirm that the most important thing is the customer's comfort.
As it is Kazimierz district, you can try some Jewish cuisine specialties as well as popular European dishes. A generous wine list will allow you to choose your favorite wine to accompany a dinner.

Room information

The Ester Hotel offers single, double rooms and suites.
The decorations have their own unique character: excellent choice of colors, modern functional furniture and large spacious rooms. In newly renovated rooms there are no signs of wear and tear, brand new equipment, spacious bedrooms shining with cleanness (in some of them there are big corner-tubs). Each room is equipped with satellite TV, radio, telephone, air conditioning.
The ceilings are worth a mention - wooden tie-beams give the interior dignity and fanciful simplicity.
The most attractive rooms are overlooking the Remuh Synagogue, a square formed by Szeroka street churches' towers and countless historic houses - that view is worth to get it.

Area information

The Ester Hotel is located in the middle of the Kazimierz district next to the famous Szeroka street. The main bus and train stations are situated 3 km away, there are bus and tram stops near the hotel (for example on the Starowislna street). An excellent location if you would like to discover Jewish culture as the famous Remuh Synagogue (is across the street) and others: it would take only 15 min walk from the hotel to the Main Market Square in the Old Town and Wawel.
The hotel is set among many restaurants and cafés. When you stay there for a week you can dine in a different restaurant on the same street every evening, then you can try other streets' places. You would not worry where to have a meal. There are also many shops, newsstands, cash machine and drug stores in the area

A nice location in the jewish quarter but difficult to walk to the centre because of road works

The small bar/pub across the road, friendly staff of the hotel, central to most attractions, the fantastic breakfast,help from reception to arrange tours etc etc.. too much more to mention Pat, Kevin and Joe..

How attentive the the hotel staff were and the quality of the breakfast!

The rooms were a little bit too warm during the night but that is only personal preference as I prefer it a lot cooler.

Excellent location. Enjoyable stay. With a couple of exceptions the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All spoke and understood English language.
