This hotel is conveniently located within a historic building in the centre of the old town of Krakow down Florianska Street, 150 metres from this cultural city’s main market square.

There are excellent transport links in the vicinity as the hotel is near to the subway and 500 metres from the railway station, allowing swift connections to every part of the city as well as the surrounding area. The hotel is also close to the most attractive monuments, antique shops, best restaurants and traditional pubs, providing easy access to the city’s sights, modern amenities and nightlife spots.

However there is an atmospheric restaurant in the medieval cellar which offers local along with international cuisine, in keeping with the historic heritage of the hotel.

the staff were very friendly and it was in an excellent location

it did not have a lift and we had an older member of our party who was on the 3rd floor and found the stairs difficult

The location was perfect just a few minutes walk from the Main Square with the Railway Station nearby. The facilities were very good, the staff very helpful and a good selection for the buffet breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to all who wanted a hotel in the Old Town.

That it was small, good value and in the old town.

No lift (as we were on the 3rd floor) but to be fair we knew about that before we booked it.

The staff were helpful and accommodating and the location central to the main square. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of various selections of food available.

We were in a front room and due to the central location you will experience street noise till the early hours. Also as it is an old building there are winding stairs which may be an inconvenience for older residents as there is no lift.

TV control did not work, drains in bathroom need attention, breakfast area a little drab and underground
