Helpful response to my complaint about traffic noise - they found me another room that was much quieter. Staff very helpful generally.

Until now I stayed in many hotel all over the world; because I am professional tour guide at the international level. I am glad to be in this hotel with my family. This hotel was close to the downtown, it was clean and staff of the hotel was helpful. These things are important for my hotel selection.

Only thing that I did not like in this hotel, the room was little bit small.

We liked the location of the Hotel.

Yes, the windows of our room went to the street and it was very noisy at night.There was no airconditon, so the windows had to be open, because it was very warm inside.

reception always manned, plan of city & toursit details readily available. Hotel within easy walking distance of city square and amenities , would use and reccomend this hotel again.

La situation très proche du centre, à pied, l'accueil très disponible de la réception et l'aide pour des visites.

Déçue par le petit déjeuner-buffet : trop de charcuteries polonaises et de salé (cornichons, ...). Viennoiseries, biscuits, ... seraient appréciés, de même qu'un toaster (le pain sèche au soleil !).
