The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The food available in the restaurant was varied and delicious. The hotel was comfortable and I loved being able to sit out on the balcony outside our room and relax. No hairdryer in the room. The rooms did not have enough soundproofing. |

We chose the Ruczaj because we had been to Krakow before and knew the difficulty of parking in the town. The hotel had a large free car park that was locked at night. The rooms are clean and have adequate facilities, the shower is hot and powerful. The breakfast is continental and there is a decent choice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone with a car. It was good value for money. Without a car the hotel would be quite a way from town (4km). The tram does not come near the hotel and the buses are not easy to use from there either. If you have a car it's great but a taxi is £4-£5 into town and that's £8-£10 a day, more if you want to come back to the hotel before going out again at night! |

Darmowy parking, Darmowy dostęp do internetu Pierwszy raz spałem w pokoju hotelowym, w którym nie było grzejników a na cały pokój i łazienkę oferowany jest jeden przenośny grzejnik konwektorowy. Brak ciepłych dań na śniadanie. |
