This modern hotel is conveniently situated just off one of the major approach roads into the centre of Krakow.

With good road access to the city centre, the hotel is great for visiting Krakow, either for business or for leisure. Every room in the hotel has its own PC with free internet access, meaning you can check your email, keep in touch with the office, do some work, research your location or plan the next leg of your trip. The excellent conference facilities mean that the hotel is ideal for business travellers

The hotel has an indoor pool, sauna, spa treatment centre and jacuzzi. With comfortable accommodation and good amenities, the hotel is a relaxing haven after a hard day’s work or a long day visiting Krakow.

The hotel offers a choice of 159 comfortable rooms and 2 suites comprising of a bedroom and a living room. The Hotel System is the only Polish hotel chain with in-room PCs and LCD televisions! (the LCD monitor is used as PC monitor and as a TV). To use the computer please power it up inside the workdesk. There is also a keyboard and mouse.
Also satellite TV (Canal+ included), telephone, bathroom with a shower and a tea/coffee maker with a free treat is standard in each room.

The staff were very helpful,the rooms were perfect. When we arrived we were given a room with 2 single beds and when we asked for a double there was no problem. The resturants dinner was gorgeous

The breakfast but thats just my taste,the food all looked fresh and nicely cooked,there was a good selection but just not to my personal liking

Internet service 1 mbps coonnection is really good option given by the hotel

No air contioners in rooms and toilets have to be better like the hotel system premium in wroclaw, that 1 was excellent.

The hotel when booked online is cheap. Also I have to say that staff is very professional.

The only reason for being unsatisfied is the cleanliness of the swimming-pool - poor. The rest is great!

Internet in the room was very important for us(booth tv and Internet)

When I want to pay with ing card,they have problem with system,so they told us :the visa card and mastercard is cancelled,but I call the bank in my country,and the cards are ok.so I was luky because I have another card,but othervise in other country,i think they must help the turist more..........

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

While the standard of cleanliness was very good, the bed was rather basic and uncomfortable. This was a bit of a let-down for the hotel everall.

Słabo wytłumione drzwi. Słychac wszystkie odgłosy z holu. W tym hotelu nie przestrzega się ciszy nocnej.
