Good location. Clean rooms. No tea and coffee makig facikitiesd in room. Bar area part of reception area. Caters for school parties so could be noisy at night. |

1./ The work and activity of the staff. 2./ At breakfast the selection of cold meals and bakery was really rich and tasty. 3./ Good parking. 4./ It is close to city center. 1./ There was fairly cold in the room especially on the first night. 2./ At the breakfast there were only a few warm dishes, there was no eggs for e.g. 3./ I would expect minibar in this category. / Because of these factors "comfort" and "value for money" are only "fair" by us. |

The ease of location and the friendliness of staff Because it is a highly used Hotel for school/college groups it does get rather noisy of an nightime outside the rooms with teenagers shouting and screeching or at times playing football (!!) in the corridors!! |

Location and cleanliness Beds not comfortable enough.No room safes and the only place to leave valuables was in cloth bags behind the reception desk ( did not give feeling of security ). |

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were three generations (70s, 40s and 20s) and all were comfortable. The rooms were very nice, the showers were great! There were lifts to all floors. Some work was being done in reception but the hotel went to great lengths to make sure it didn't inconvenience the guests. It was central to the town. Local information was readily available. The starters and desserts in the restaurant were excellent, the main courses were not good. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

It was ideal and so near the centre. we were able to book trips to the salt mines etc through the hotel which was great. The hotel was warm and clean and staff were friendly. I hope to stay there again. |
